Saint Therese Retreat has a total of 44 Standard Rooms and 5 Family Rooms.

 STANDARD ROOMS

• Our spacious Standard Rooms comprises 1x King Bed and 1x Single Bed.

• Our Family Rooms comprises two interconnecting rooms with a total of 4 King beds (2 beds per room).

ROOM RATES

Standard Room - SAT$250 per night (1 up to 3 pax), extra person SAT$50 which comes with a mattress.

Family Room - SAT$520 per night (1 up to 8 pax), extra person SAT$50 which comes with a mattress.

• All rates and charges are in Samoan Tala, inclusive of 15% VAGST
• We DO NOT have WiFi in the rooms but you can connect to the WiFi at our Restaurant area/Reception area.
• Swimming pool is open only to in-house guests only.
• Breakfast is not included and we do not provide Room Towels for Family Reunions.

HALL HIREAGE

Hall is $2000 tala per day which comes with chairs and tables, Kitchen (Freezer, Fridge and Oven). Please note for sanitary purposes, we do not provide cutlery and cooking utensils so your family will have to bring your own.

Freezer Cooler to be plugged into hall power, we charge $300 tala per day.

Music will have to be turned off at 10pm but families can still use the hall up until 11pm.

If you book more than 2+ days, we offer a discounted rate of $1500 tala per day.

STAGE HIREAGE: The hire of this facility is SAT$500 tala per day.

CONFERENCE ROOM

Hiring of the air condition Conference Room is $1500 tala per day which will include the use of our chairs and tables.

OTHER FACILITIES

In addition to our Hall and Conference Room, we also have our Umu Place for families who want to prepare a umu (Ground Oven) which is $200 tala for hireage fee. Please note that we will only clean the area for you to use however you will need to provide your own supplies to prepare the umu (tau, ‘ie’ofi etc.)

Upon booking, all in-house guests have access to our Swimming Pool. The Fields are also free of use for all Family Reunions so you are welcome to bring your own tents to put up FOC.

NOTE:

Your rooms will be serviced if you stay with us for more than two days. If you wish to service your rooms, see our friendly staff in the reception.  Housekeeping will service your rooms only upon request.

TO CONFIRM AND LOCK IN BOOKING: 

 In order to confirm and lock in dates for your Family Reunion Booking, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all rooms and facilities you require. Deposit can be made by Telegraphic Transfer/ Direct Payment to our National Bank account (Bank fees apply when receiving your payment), or alternatively by providing credit card details. We accept Visa & Mastercard (4% surcharge added if you pay by credit card).

If your family wishes to secure the dates, we can secure your rooms with a first down payment of SAT$5000 tala.  I can provide you banking details if you wish to send your deposit to our bank account.

Liability:

Guest’s liability for their account is not waived and guests agree to be personally liable in the event that any indicated person, group, company, or association fails to pay all or part of any charges incurred.

Damage to Hotel Property:

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage caused by deliberate negligent or reckless act of the guests to the hotel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guests has departed, we reserve the right to make charge to the guests Credit card/Debit card or send an invoice to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are cancelling bookings – Credit cards will be processed accordingly.

***7 days prior arrival – 50 % penalty on total cost of accommodation booked.

***Early Departures/No shows – No refunds on total cost of accommodation booked. Saint Therese Retreat will charge the full stay of the confirmed booking.

INITIAL 50% DEPOSIT – CANNOT BE REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERRABLE:

-          Initial deposit of 50% required by St Therese to secure and to hold a booking.

-          This deposit amount cannot be REFUNDABLE or TRANSFERRABLE to any of our facilities.

-          Full payment required 14 days prior to date of event.

If you amend your booking below 15 rooms (Standard Rooms only), you will not be entitled to the discounted rate for both Standard Rooms & Family Rooms.  The room rate for Standard Rooms and Family Rooms will go back to the normal room rate.

SPECIAL OFFER

If your family books more than 15 rooms (Standard Rooms only), we will give you a discount on both room types:

Standard Room - SAT$230 per night (1 up to 3 pax), extra person SAT$30 which comes with a mattress.

Family Room - SAT$490 per night (1 up to 8 pax), extra person SAT$30 which comes with a mattress.

Note that we have 4 ground floor rooms and 4 upstairs rooms per block.  Block C, Block B, Block A, Block S and Block N.  Block J has 4 Standard rooms upstairs above the front office. 

We have 3 Family Rooms (interconnecting rooms) on the ground floor and two upstairs.
